Day to Day Responsibilities: • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to meet performance targets. • Demonstrate a solid understanding of equipment control logic and process flow, and ensure proper operation during normal production activities. • Take a lead role in the team to drive performance improvements, such as enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and supporting cost-effective operations. • Participate in process equipment and automation projects, include new technology migration. Work relates to hardware and software specification, design, fabrication, installation and testing. • Advanced PLC, HMI, integration and automation per project need. • Manage schedule, budget, quality, and supervision for installation and startup. • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables. • Manage changes, document procedures, and improve production processes. • Weekend and shift coverage is requirement as needed Education & Experience • Bachelor Degree above, major in Mitsubishi Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Physical Engineering or other engineering related • 2 years’ work experience at least Required Skills • Familiar with Mitsubishi PLC, HMI application. • Familiar with equipment control system design. • Familiar with electrical control component application, such like Inverter, Servo Motor, Sensor, signal translator, etc. • Experience in Robot Application (Fanuc robot) • Problem solving skill on troubleshooting of EQ failure • Skill in software of Windows Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, etc. Desired Skills • Skill in Auto CAD • Skill in Python, C# • Project management skill • Process concept understanding. • Basic understanding of ISO9000/TQM. • English proficiency: CET4 or above. Soft Skills • Strong ownership of achieving plant goal • Sense of urgency and creativity to handle project issues and adapt plan to meet objectives • Flexibility to adapt to changing environment; be a change agent to help others through change • Cross-cultural Sensitivity • Customer Focus • Communication skill and positive working attitude in team
